設計理念：
Concentric lay cable: this type of cable was developed in 1976 by ERICO EPS Division - France, a company taken over by the BRAR Group in 2001 through the company ERICABLE.
It's a very special design, and the best compromise between conductor distribution and cable size. It's particularly useful in layouts with restricted space, and has the following features:
♦ The arrangement of very small 16 mm2 copper cords in various layers makes the cable very compact (smaller diameter for the same section, meaning a smaller rubber tube guaranteeing a lower radius of curvature)
♦ The high number of cords means less abrasion inside the rubber tube compared to Rope Lay
♦ The cords are supported by an internal rubber tube connected to the terminal by a differential spring, which also improves water distribution and makes the movement of the cables near the terminals uniform
♦ the cable can be manufactured in different diameters with the same section, guaranteeing it meets the required specifications, such as having a high GMR
♦ a cable famous for its great reliability, with tens of thousands of cables used by customers all over the world
COPPER CONDUCTORS
The 16mm2 copper cord is made of individual Cu ETP copper wire with a diameter of 1.8 mm. During the construction, the various cords are arranged in concentric layers to reach the required diameter and section.
